2. Product Characteristics & Service Description

We specialize in providing high-quality, non-GMO seeds for a diverse range of plants, including but not limited to:

• Flowers: Dahlia, Cosmos (ideal for Cut Flower, Dried Flower, Border gardens, and those designed to Attract Butterflies or Attract Beneficial Insects).
• Vegetables: Beetroot, Broccoli, Capsicum, Carrots, and specialized Asian Vegetables.
• Garden Solutions: Seeds for Bedding, Cover Crops, and plants selected for specific traits like Colour (e.g., Blue) or lifecycle (Biennial).

3. User Obligations and Account Responsibility

4. Ordering, Payment, and Financial Terms

Order Process:

An order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason, including limitations on stock or service area.

Pricing & Payment:

Prices are listed in the store’s currency. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping, to your selected payment method.

Shipping:

• Processing: Orders are lovingly packed and processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Methods & Estimates:
  • Standard Shipping (Flat Rate $12.95): Via DHL/FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs or local postal services. You will receive a tracking notification upon dispatch.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our policy is designed with fairness and the health of our gardening community in mind. Please refer to our detailed Shipping & Returns Policy for full procedures. Key terms include:

• Return Window: Requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Refund Timing: Processed within 5-7 business days of receipt/approval, issued to the original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 days.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Opened Seed Packets (to protect seed viability and prevent cross-contamination).
  • Digital products or downloads.
  • Items marked “Final Sale.”
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we cover re-shipping costs.
