Turnip Milan Red Top

The quick growing, round roots are pure white below the soil line and vivid red-purple above. Roots grow 10-12.5cm across, but best when 5-7cm across. For baby vegetables pick at only 2.5-3.5cm and include foliage. Good eaten raw or cooked, sow small amounts often for best quality.
