Thyme Orange Scented

A unique thyme that has a traditional thyme scent with fragrant overtones of citrusy-orange. Low growing, the bushy long lived plants have grey green leaves that are great to cook with. Perhaps milder and lacking the intensity of other thymes.

Produces pale pink-white flowers in summer that are very attractive to bees. Prune back after flowering for a second flush. 

Creates a bushy, fragrant groundcover for rockeries, edging or can be grown in containers as an edible ornamental.

Doesn’t set a lot of seed hence the low seed count in each packet.
