Spinach Summer Solstice F1

A slower growing European variety that is slow to bolt and perfect for growing through the warmer summer months. Produces mid-green leaves with a light blister to the leaf and with good leaf thickness. Sow a few rows every 3-4 weeks to ensure a continuous supply of nutritious leaves for summer salads.
