However, we understand that sometimes a shipment may not meet your expectations, or a variety may not be suited to your local conditions. Just as we nurture our plants, we are committed to nurturing your satisfaction. This policy outlines our process for returns and exchanges, rooted in fairness and transparency.

We aim to make the process as simple as sowing a seed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us Within 15 Days: Please email our Garden Stewards at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for mailing your return to our home address:

(Please note: This address is for returns only.) - Package and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number, and ship them back to us. We recommend using a trackable service for your peace of mind.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the returned items. Upon approval, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.

💰 Refunds: Timing and Method
We strive to process refunds as swiftly as a sprouting seed:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your returned item(s).
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (such as our flat-rate $12.95 Standard Shipping) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the new item to you.
⚠️ Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
In the spirit of nurturing a sustainable garden business, and based on the nature of our curated collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened Seed Packets: For the health and integrity of our seed bank and your garden, any seed packet that has been opened or whose seal is broken cannot be returned. This policy protects all gardeners in our community from potential cross-contamination or viability issues.
- Digital Products or Downloads: Any digital guides or content provided are non-returnable.
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” on our website at the time of purchase.

🌍 International Returns
As we serve a global community of gardeners (excluding only a few remote regions), we accept returns from our international customers. The process is the same, but please be aware that:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties for the return shipment.
- We cannot refund original international shipping costs unless the error was ours.
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to help avoid customs delays.
