Phlox Twinkles Mix

Phlox drummondii cuspidata ‘Twinkles Dwarf Mix’ is a compact, floriferous annual that brings a cheerful splash of colour to garden beds, containers and borders. This variety is distinguished by its fringed, star-shaped flowers in a diverse range of hues—white, pink, salmon, crimson, lavender and purple—often with contrasting centres. Plants form neat mounds just 20–30 cm tall, making them perfect for edging paths, filling gaps in borders, or creating eye-catching mass plantings in sunny garden beds.

With its low-growing habit and extended blooming period from late spring through summer, ‘Twinkles’ offers season-long visual impact. Its delicate, finely cut petals give the flowers a lacy, ethereal appearance, while the dense foliage forms a tidy backdrop. The flowers also attract butterflies and pollinators, contributing to a lively, biodiverse garden.

Transplant seedlings into full sun and well-drained soil, spacing them 15–20 cm apart. Although relatively drought-tolerant once established, Phlox performs best with consistent moisture and regular deadheading to prolong flowering.
