An attractive sprout mix of mung bean, lentils, radish and broccoli producing an initial mild taste followed by strong pungency. High in protein from the lentils and a rich reservoir of glucosinolates said to have anticancer properties from the broccoli and radish. Sprout blends provide the nutrition and health benefits of a range of species all from the one product. Our mixes are blended to provide a balance of flavours and to ensure the individual components sprout in harmony to produce an easy to grow sprout.
