Organic Fennel Romanesco

Traditional European plant with aniseed taste. Large, crisp and flavourful bulbs are wonderful sliced thinly in salads or use the leaves as a garnish. A late maturing variety that requires consistent moisture levels to achieve size and to avoid bolting.
