Organic Endive Pancalieri Fine Cut

Attractive dark-green endive with finely serrated, lacy leaves and producing a creamy-yellow heart. A slightly bitter flavour that combines well in salads. A large plant gives plenty of volume when harvested and tends to have better shelf life than lettuce. Prefers cool weather but is easy to grow.
