Tall growing blend of Calendula in shades of orange, yellow and cream, hardy and easy to grow. A great border plant and useful short lived cutflower.
The flowers have many medicinal properties and can be made into a tea or used as an edible flower either sprinkling the petals through salads and sweet dishes or using as a garnish to dress a plate up. The flavour is best described as mild, slightly bitter and tangy with a hint of pepperiness.
