Mizuna

This vigorous plant produces numerous dark-green deeply indented feathery leaves. A mild, crisp taste not at all pungent and used in salads or cooked with meat. Excellent for the container gardener as outer leaves can be harvested after only 3 weeks, or cut and leave to regrow.
