The pungency or heat of a chilli is measured in Scoville units and the chillies in our “Hot Chilli” collection are known to be some of the hottest in the world with Bhut Jolokia reaching a million scoville units! Eaten fresh, dried or made into sauces, relishes and pickles the options are endless but consumption is for the brave!
