A very popular herb for culinary use, all parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most often used in cooking.
A slow bolting selection with dark green foliage and good flavour.
New Zealand grown so as to offer the seed untreated. Coriander seed imported into New Zealand must be treated with a fungicide to protect against the unwanted diseases of Ramularia coriandri and Trogoderma spp. Certified organic seed of coriander is not currently available that we are aware of in New Zealand.
Also known as cilantro and dhaniya.
