Originally these plants were dwarf growing up to 30cm tall, however over time individual plants have evolved with a climbing habit and can now reach 1.8-2 metres requiring a bean fence. This has meant that the variety has become very productive, and we are happy to maintain this attribute. These brightly coloured light-brown seeds are dried for soups.
Profits from the sale of this product are paid to the Heritage Food Crops Charitable Trust. Seed is not commercially produced but is grown and collected by the trust. Every attempt to provide quality seed has been made, however no guarantee is given for germination, and no refunds or replacements will be given. Seed is limited and purchase is seen as a donation to the trust to support their ongoing work.
